Rumberito’s Terms and Conditions 

 

Please read the following terms of service as they govern your use of MalvaEly’s site.  

Additionally, Rumberito reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our Site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our service Terms.


  • Placing an order:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order with Rumberito, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. 


  • Rumberito’s Returns/Refunds policy.

We do not accept returns, however, you may exchange or get a refund for your item(s) under the following circumstances: 

You received the wrong item.

The item you received was extremely damaged.


  •  Taxes, customs, or duties.

Customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your government and are not collected by Rumberito, and thus cannot be refunded. 

 

  1. Shipping Estimates & Explanations.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. When placing your order, consider these factors when calculating your estimated delivery date.

  • Order Processing (In-stock items): The amount of time it will take for us to prepare your order for shipping. It will take 1 to 3 business days to process your order.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to deliver to your shipping address.

  • Delivery within 1- 5 business days after an order has shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL - USPS - First Class

  • 2 to 8 weeks after an order has shipped. However, it depends on where you live.
